Message	for his mistake. However, unless the shipping address is on the paypal account. He wouldn't be covered by Paypal unless it's shipped to that address. So you will probably lose the case. Now, I still think that he should not make you pay for the extra shipping cost, simply because you had already informed him to send it to a different address to begin with.
